Nope! We provide FREE design resources and there are ZERO setup fees. We'll start with a round of virtual mockups with custom branded designs and offer unlimited revisions, no strings attached.

Your sales rep will email over an invoice once you are ready to place your order. Orders will remain on hold until payment is processed, unless other payment options have been approved by our accounting team. Online payment is preferred via Credit Card or ACH or checks can be accepted.

You bet! Provide your sales rep with your brand guidelines, logos, and/or brand colors for us to do a complimentary match for you.
Our design team prefers a logo in EPS format for the finest quality, but .jpeg & .png are also acceptable. If there are any concerns, our team will notify you.
All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled once production begins. However, in the event that a cancellation is necessary prior to production, a cancelled order is subject to a 20% cancellation fee along with any additional charges incurred such as samples, labor, materials, and other related expenses.
Our standard production lead time for socks is about 2-3 weeks (+ shipping) which can vary based on sock style and time of year. Rest assured, we can consider rush production or expedited shipping options based on your deadline, sock style, and design complexity. Your sales rep will be able to provide you with an exact lead time and on whether we can make your in-hand deadline. Need socks quick? Our DTG sock option is a great alternative to our woven socks with only a 2-5 day production lead time if you have a quick deadline.
Yes! Since we manufacture our own socks, we are able to customize certain elements of our sock styles. Looking for something you don't see on our site? Just let us know.
Absolutely! We want to make sure your order is perfect. Your account manager will send you a pre-production sample photo for approval before your order goes into full-production to make sure everything meets your expectations.
We offer complimentary in-stock sock samples from our past projects. If you'd like a custom sample, we can produce custom sock samples with your design for a small fee that can be applied as a credit towards your order with us.
